Join us Saturday, August 5 from 10-10:30 am for Kids Yoga!
Ms. Shanna will lead school-aged kids in a class that will help them stretch, build strength, relieve stress (yes, kids need stress relief too!) and help them learn to regulate their bodies and their emotions. Kids Yoga builds self-esteem and strong minds and bodies.
Class is $10 per child. Students should be school-aged (best for youth, tweens, and teens). Students should bring their own yoga mat**, a bottle of water, and wear comfortable clothing or workout wear.
**A limited number of yoga and puzzle mats are available at the studio.
