How do I register for a class? Click on the class you'd like to attend for more information! To register, go to the registration link and select a date, add it to your cart and you're good to go! We accept credit or debit cards and PayPal here on our website, or you may call our studio at (518) 900-ART9 to register by phone. You can also access class registration on the Classes page in the menu at the top of this page.
What are your regular business hours? Our hours change seasonally. Please check the calendar for the most up to date information.
Do you take walk-ins for classes? Depending on the class, we sometimes have space for walk-ins. To avoid the possibility of missing out on a class, we suggest you register and pay in advance. Walk-ins are always welcome for all Health and Wellness classes and to view our Gallery.
Do I need to bring anything? We provide everything you need to create your masterpiece (paint, brushes, canvas, and an apron). You should come early for a wine tasting (Paint & Sip, at our Art Box location hosted events only) or to brew your cup of joe (Coffee & Canvas/Arts & Crafts Classes). Coffee, tea, and bottled water are always available free of charge. Glasses and mugs are provided.
What should I wear? The Art Box is a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Unleashing your creative side sometimes results in splatter. Even though you'll have an apron, you'll still want to dress accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy? If you are unable to attend, please give us at least 48 hours notice and a credit will be issued for you to use for a later date. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reschedule for no-shows. Please call the studio or e-mail us at [email protected].
Do you offer private parties? Yes! Book your next event with us, and get a lesson specifically designed for your event! If you dream it, we can create it! We also do in-home parties, fundraisers and children's events. For more details, e-mail us or call the studio!
Do you allow BYOB?
We're sorry, but we do not permit outside beverages at the Art Box during any of our sponsored events. Thank you for your understanding.
